BSOD playing Blizzard games

Hi i recently upgraded my computer: passed from win32 to win64, had one GB micro 4bg DDR3 bar to 4x G.SKILL RIPJAW 4bg DDR3 for a total of 16bg, had an azus 1bd HDMI card to a PNY 4gb GEFORCE GTX 960. Ever since i got win64 i blue screened a few times at first i thought i was overheating so i replaced the termal paste on the cpu (there was nothing left but dust) and it seemed that physicly removing the GPU solved the problem for a few days. Then i read that my RAM coulb the problem to i tested it and it was ok. Other post sugested it was a voltage problem on my RAM i tryed to check it out on the bios and ended up removing 2 ram bars downgrading to 8 total gb. 2 weeks as passed and now im hitting blue screens every time im runing a Blizzard game ( World of Warcraft, Overwatch and Heros of the Storm) it only happened with blizz games. im also playing Heros and general and Zandronum (source port for ultimate doom doom2 and others from the same engine) i never blue screened on those program. The problem seem specific only to blizzard games. i got BlueScreenView and from what i could make out was my problems seem to be caused by Diver hal.dll (adress hal.dll+12a13b). Im runing all this on a 500 watt power supply. Im more Dork then Nerd and i cant make heads or tails of this plz help me. (ALEXISTREMBLAY file is from my computer)

Dear Mr Boris, i followed your sugestion about updating my bios and i have made some progress. I just tested with World of Warcraft. When i runed the program the screen blinked a bot before going dark. I heard a window warning bell and could still hear the rest of the sound. It seemed i could also use alt-tab fonction. i think the gpu card went offline for some reason. So i tested lunching the game with my old Azus card and blizz warned me that i did not meet the minimal requirement but i did it anyway. I worked. Im force to conclude that the problem came with the GEFORCE card :c... Mr Boris i thank you for your time and how fast you answer my post. I bid you good day sir.

i updated the gpu and still have the same problem. Im not blue screening anymore but my graphic card just stop working everything els work. I check out the specs on my graphic cart and it said i need at the minimum a 400 watt power supplie mine is 500 watt. could it be that getting a more powerful power supplie i could solve my problem?

well the graphic cart need a 400 watt minimum to run it and i have a 500 watt. When ever i asking the graphic cart to do something like play world of warcraft, it shut down and wont work until i restart my computer. A friend suggested me that i should get a bigger power supply since my other system is draining power and might not have enough for the graphic card it self. it kinda make sense to me, but i would like a second opinion before slaughtering my bank account :)

Hi i followed you instruction and downloaded Furmark. As i reinstalled the GTX card i notis a cable from my power supply i never saw before. It had PCI-E written on it, so i figured i would plug this instead of the cable that came with the card. My old asus EAH4670 draw its power from the motherbord it self. I also upgraded the drivers for my PCI IDE, i dont know if it was usefull or not. So i lunched fur mark and tested it for 1h30 min with no problem at all. I it handle it self quite well. I also just played WoW for about 2 hours and had no problem. I conclude that my problems where due to the fact that my GPU wasent properly connected to the power supply. Thank you very much for all your help Mr. Boris. I really appreciate it.
