    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 7 Forums

       Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

    Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.
I did a member 86+ run the other day, no errors show up and it was running for about 20 hours. I like to run the scans longer than 8 hours to make sure it gets an error or something that it didn't the first scans.

    BSOD by Sitting?

Do you mean BSOD by just nothing?

I think you have a Virus, do you have Anti-Viruses? Maybe a virus caused problems.
Just sitting there doing nothing as in no user at the system.

    Hmm...

When you are Idle, are games on your Desktop (Team Fortress 2, GTA 5, etc.)?

Maybe Crashing while games are on your Desktop causes on Older PC (My PC is old 6 years, and that happens sometimes)

Unfortunately hours don't mean much with this test, because for everyone the duration of this test is different when reaching 8 passes.
Not to forget, a photo of the result is requested so we know all the details necessary of the test.

I rerun it tonight and see what I can come up with. As this system is at work I won't be able to get back to this posting in till Monday.
