    Blue screen problem on windows Ultimate 64 bit


    Please help i am getting blue screen ....suddenly will u please tell me wats going wrong

    NO, that's impossible, without knowing a LOT more about your computer and what you run on it and what kind of maintenance you do on it.
    Do you use Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware software? If yes, then what brand names?

    I am not using any anti virus r spyware when i get blue screen problem i instal new os still the problem is remains same

    So u indirectly told me thats the problem with OS right
    Please help me i don't have the money to buy genuine b4 i had it because of blue screen only i lost it i don't have my recovery cds also please yaar help me

    No, I told directy that no support may be provided because the activation is illegal. I have not, directly or indirectly, said that the problem is with the OS.

    Isn't there a COA sticker on the back or behind the battery?
