    BSOD when joining WebEx calls

Hello all, back with another humble request for help.

Have a user who has experienced BSOD crashes the last few days when joining WebEx calls. He's on a ThinkPad T440s, running Win7 Pro 64-bit. My limited ability to analyze dump files indicates that it's a driver issue - no surprises there... See attached for logs etc.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks so much,
    Joe

    Diagnostic Test

     DRIVER VERIFIER

       Warning
Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
    Please create a restore point.

Please follow this tutorial to run driver verifier.

Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

       Note
Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.

First of all- there is no such thing as a driver verifier. Anyone who puts a driver updater on their system is asking for a malware issue.

Recommended course of action is to update all of your OEM drivers from the original equipment manufacturers. Some systems have 3rd party upgrades or what not, even so without 3rd party upgrades- still-- A blue screen is normally caused by a driver fault or hardware problem. If the OEM driver does not resolve your issue, you may need to replace the hardware or verify the integrity of the hardware by running the proper diagnostics.
