BSOD 0x1000007f Intel Graphics Kernel Mode Driver

    Hi,

I have a user who is getting constant blue screens for the past week. The first was on 9/19/16. She is using a Lenovo Thinkpad T530 laptop. It has a Windows 7 Enterprise 32 bit operating system installed.

The blue screen viewer gives this as the results.
    0x1000007f
    Intel Graphics Kernel Mode Driver
    UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP
    caused by igdkmd32.sys.

I tried reinstalling the newest graphics driver off of Lenovo's website. This didn't help.

The zip file is attached in this post.

I hope you guys will help me solve this problem!

    Thanks

Please run the DM Log Collector again and upload a new zip, the current uploaded one misses several logs.
You could check if there are
    1. 18 .txt,
    2. 1 .nfo,
    3. 1 or more .dmp,

files present, if this is the case then all logs are present :)
If there are a few missing, no problem as we can get them manually if required :)

likely cause she's got hold of a corrupt W7 Enterprise 32bit OS, that pad didnt come with that OS.
