BSOD while watching YouTube, idle for too long, or too many programs
My computer bluescreens if:
-I am watching YouTube
-I've been idle too long
-There are too many programs opened
The bluescreens can happen within five minutes of one another, or a day after the other. I have no computer knowledge whatsoever, and the only things I've tried are:
-System Restore (Did nothing)
-Uninstalling some programs (seemed to make my computer a little faster, but did nothing for the bluescreens)
-Uninstalled the latest version of Adobe Flash Player (Made the bluescreens happen less frequently, but didn't get rid of them.)
-Checking for updates (there are optional updates, but no important ones)
-Scanned for viruses and Malware (only found a tracking cookie and an askbar, so apparently there was no virus)
-Tried a Registry Cleanup (There were tons of problems in the registry, but WiseRegistryCleaner couldn't clean them all.
PLEASE help me. I'm young, I'm confused, and I have a serious anxiety disorder. I'm losing my mind because of this.
EDIT: It's gotten to the point where 90% of the time the computer won't start, because something says, "Broadcom UNDI..." Something or other... Something about a media test failure, and it tells me to insert a boot disc and press any button, but I don't know what a boot disc is, and I don't know if I have one.
