BSOD happening during logon process - only after a reboot

    Hello guys,

I am trying to understand the cause of a BSOD happening on my laptop. I have ran DM Log collector and attached you can find the results.

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hello ATi7500 and welcome to 7Forums! :)

I would recommend that you install Chipset drivers and Video drivers from Dell's support site for your laptop here:

    Product Support | Dell US

For Chipset and Video drivers, select the first ones in the list.

If you need any help, don't hesitate to ask.

    Cheers, Boris :)

    Hi Boris!

I've already done that. Latest drivers of everything :)

Is it possible to check what exact driver is causing the issue, based on the dumps?

    Ow.

Hmm well I'll have to check this out later. And what I suggested above was because of the fact that the dumps hadn't specified a driver that caused the crashes but maybe something will come up but I need to crash.

Sorry middle of the night here in FI.

And I'll need to sleep, might be somebody else that helps you tomorrow.

    See ya later alligator!
