random bsod adobe LR often not always, may be double faults?

NEW user here. knowledge very small I think I uploaded what the dm collector did but have no idea if it is information or the exe.? This issue is months of agony now. I will try and execute however the forum provides a path. Thank you now for trying.

I think I have figured out that it is a zip file. I must have attached the dm.exe. Adding what I think you want here.

just did scannow in safe mode. report is no integrity violations whatever value that is.

update: sys will not even run malwarebytes. BSOD @ ~ 20 min of scan every time yes, even in safe mode. I detached all drives except C. other than malwarebytes nothing running at all in safe mode. Should I just lose the last 5 years and format and reload? Windows never seems fixable to me. I was hoping someone on this site would have some deep knowledge.

Hello and welcoe RACE mate no don't get too hasty is there a chance you can run this in safe mode

Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2
Run these in safe mode and the sfc often best run for two to three runs – you can leave out the /r switch in ckdsk if you feel it not necessary
NB SFC best run for about three scans

Hello RACE and welcome to 7 Forums! :)

I've looked over your dumps in the upload and one of the dumps complained about VBoxNetLwf.sys which is the driver for "VirtualBox NDIS 6.0 Lightweight Filter Driver" so I would recommend you update VirtualBox if you are using it!

Another dump pointed to that you should update your BIOS as it might cause some incompatibilities.

Follow the instructions on this page carefully:

    EVGA - Download Center

    Attachment 392291

I would also recommend that you install the chipset drivers for your motherboard:

    EVGA - Download Center

    Attachment 392288

    Attachment 392289

This is enough for now. We'll continue after the above is done!

    Cheers, Boris :)

Thank you very much for the analysis. I do not use the VB now so, will just remove it. that should solve yes? Also, BIOS, I had problems w/ the bios on these boards at start years back, I will certainly go look and I do know I loaded the MB stuff at original install. I take it that just redoing that install should be a reasonable update try. This board has 3 bios switches. will try and renew the bios on 1 and see if this helps.
I think all this may take an hour. I just finally got malwarebytes to run all through after telling it to ignore all the picture folders on my destop for transfer. will just put in a reply when I get done. I do appreciate the help.

15:30 hrs. moved to bios # 2 which is v1.22 same as on site and what was on position 1. This is however a different bios. the MOBO chipset, I tried just installing in windows. it mentioned it should be put in before any other drivers. I take that to mean this is best done only on a complete rebuild. I did it anyhow. error returned as fail. I append the report logs

    Virtual box removed.

Right, tried to get an idea what that error is you are getting, you might want to try using this tool by Intel but I'm not sure if it will be able to install it, if it doesn't work after using Intel's driver update utility then we move on:

    Intel® Driver Update Utility

Boris, I am glad just for a path. can you inform me as to why the chipset will not update? The bios could I suppose just get old and corrupted. I may reflash the #1 when I am up late sometime. It may be v1.21 but, I think I remember it being v1.22 also. I presume now that I just run it for some day(s) or so and see if it seems better? Thank you anyhow, I have no way to know what the info in those logs is informing me of.

The intel update site also said "no update available" I suspect this is due to EVGA customizing.

No, I mean we actually no way of knowing what version you had installed but if the Intel tool said there isn't an update I think we are in the clear. It was just a thought I had since the file on EVGAs site was fairly new.

I'll start looking at your files again to see if there are any other things to do.

    I'll keep you posted.

    Cheers, Boris :)

I am not ignoring you, I stayed busy a bit. If I am correct is not that scan for iron drives? I have unplugged all 4 of my iron drives to troubleshoot the SSD that is the C.

for both of you nice folk who are trying to help, I am posting here from my Linux Mint machine that runs flawlessly while working on the windows machine that runs like...well...windows.
