BSOD - on DVD's or Youtube

I am getting a BSOD every time I watch a DVD or occasionally on YouTube videos. No problems with streaming or gaming. My error is the IRQL_Not_Less_or Equal_Than. I've attached my zipfile info.

Never had this issue before - only started about two months ago. Hope someone can help.

    Hello D4real and welcome to 7Forums! :)

I looked over the files you uploaded and one of the crashes pointed towards nvlddmkm.sys which is the driver for your graphics card, I also noticed that it's quitte old "30/05/2016 C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys" and I would recommend that you update it by going to Nvidia's driver download page:

    GeForce Download

    That's all for now.

    Cheers, Boris :)

Thank you, Boris. However, I installed a new game on Sep 29/16 which required an update to my Nvidia drivers. Updated to latest driver then, and still had two more BSOD'S since that time. Updated ALL drivers, cleaned up HD. Will remove Avast, but am uncertain as to what to replace it with. Thanks again.

    Hello D4real.

If you had new BSODs then please run our tool again so we can see what caused them:

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

    Cheers, Boris :)

Hmmmm... it should have shown the new driver in the run I did. I installed the driver again, and installed Windows updates. So far new BSODs - but running into another error (copying files to jump drives or portable hard drive crashes Windows Explorer) Should I post in another forum? Thanks again!!

No please just run the tool so we can see the errors and the dumps and it's just easier to solve that way!

    Cheers, Boris :)

Thanks, I've run the tool and attaching the new report. I have had no new BSOD's but still crashing Windows Explorer when trying to copy or move files. Also ran the SFC/ scannow and showed no problems. Thanks again for all of your help. :)

I encountered another BSOD with a different error code "STOP 0x0000003B or SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION". I have run the tool again and posted. Still unable to copy files to jump drive. Thanks...
