Cant boot past bios, sees boot drive prio correctly

    Hey guys,

My PC was working correctly this morning and then when I came home from work and turned it on the machine doesnt load past the bios splash screen. Sometimes the one screen pops on after that says some info with the drives, ram etc but it turns black quickly with a little white line that flashes on or off in the top left like a command prompt but I cant type in anything. CTRL ALT DELETE does nothing (makes it go completely black). If I go into bios it sees all my drives correctly and the priority 1 is set to my SDD which has windows 7 on it. Theres no disc in the cd drive or usb sticks, etc. I even unplugged the cd disk drive and main HDD so theres only 1 boot possibility and I get the same result...

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks!

Lets try to see if Safe Mode gets us in
    Safe Mode

If we can get into Safe Mode, try the link below
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

Also, is this an actual BSOD or failure to boot? If it's BSOD (and we can get in via safe mode) post the logs after following the link below:
Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

If all else fails, start troubleshooting
Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot

    Also,

Feel free to ask any questions if you're stuck or don't understand something. Failure to boot could be millions of different things.

I cant even get to the Advanced Boot Options menu to get in to safe mode... My motherboard has UEFI Bios and when the computer starts I get the motherboard splash screen which says to press F2 or DEL to enter BIOS but F8 also takes you into the bios menu. I set everything back to the default settings and hit "save and exit" but it doesnt do anything after that, I again get the black screen with blinking underscore line on the top left...

This is Failure to boot since I didnt see a BSOD.
