    BSOD when booting up

Hi, a friend of mine recently lend another friend's laptop. When the unit came back, my friend said it won't boot normally. The laptop flashes BSOD for a split second (or a quarter of second. The thing is it doesn't let me see the error code) then restarts. I tried booting into safe mode. It loads files up to "CLASSPNP.SYS". But then it start that quick BSOD again. I tried selecting the option "Disable automatic restart on System Failure". It let me shows the error 0x0000007B (0xFFFFF880009A9928, 0XFFFFFFFFC0000034, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). I tried running start up repair. It attempts to recover it but it failed to recover. I tried booting another OS through a USB flash drive (Kali Linux). It boots up. I can alswo normally open BIOS settings. What should we do?

    This problem has been solved!
I tried removing the HDD and putting it in an enclosure. I plugged it in on a USB drive and let "Crystal Disk Info" check the health of the disk. Then I tried to format the Hard Disk (while inside the enclosure), then I installed a new copy of Windows 7. It boots perfectly now!
