BSOD playing Overwatch, error 0x000000ea

Hello, been having crashing problems for a few months in Overwatch and wanted to see if I could get any help here.

I put the build in my profile I think(?) but I can list it out here if it makes it convinient.

Basically, after I play Overwatch for a somewhat random period of time between 1-3 hours, my game will start to lag, and then when I alt tab or close the game it will crash my computer, and throw some sort of BSOD.

I downloaded Blue Screen Viewer, but I'm not really sure what to make of it, since it lists many things crashing it such as dxgkrnl.sys, AgileVpn.sys, SYMEVENT64x86.SYS, TeeDriverx64.sys, BHDrvx64.sys. I have linked the DMP files there as well.

These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.


Please check ASUS for BIOS updates.


Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from AMD. Be sure to install as less as possible software using custom/advanced options, you can use this tutorial to do so AMD Graphics Drivers - Install Without Catalyst Install Manager

Well, I removed all items from startup that didn't seem necessary, my bios is up to date, and while I did a clean install of drivers after using ddu, I couldn't quite follow the instructions.

It said something about opening the exe as a zip file, which I couldn't do on my computer. I also couldn't find which version to use for the drivers. My GPU is an MSI R9 390, and I'm using windows 7 x64. Perhaps you can point me in the right direction?

Also, my computer bluescreened twice after I did the installs, I'm not entirely sure why.

Overwatch is also now not updating, which I've never had a problem with before.
