System_service_exception
Hi dear bughunting-geniusses,
two weeks ago I had to switch HDDs in my laptop for there where some S.M.A.R.T Errors and i figured I'd do me a favor before seriously losing data.
I switched to:
1 Samsung MLC 128GB SSD (System)
1 Seagate Momentus 500GB (Data)
I took the opportunity to also upgrade OS (or more exactly... installed completely new on the new disk... so no update, but clean install).
I moved from Vista X64 to now Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
Everything went fine until the BODs started.... They occur absolutetly random. Sometimes twice-three times a day... sometimes only every other day.
Mostly (99% of them) the error code is 0x3b (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION) but once it was a 0x24 and once it was a 0x7e error code.
The Bluescreens appear sometimes while viewing an email, sometimes while browsing, sometimes while shutting down the laptop anyway.
I feel really helpless... altough I'm a softwaredeveloper I feel like a complete idiot when it comes to such low-level-issues.
I really appreciate your help, please ask away for any additional information i should provide.
Attached you will find a zip of my Minidump folder, although I can't really read anything out of it, I figured you guys might...
Thanks a lot for any assistance!
Kind regards,
Wolfgang
