Intermittent BSODs almost daily

Yesterday i formatted my harddrives and reinstalled windows. I was having some other problems other than the bluescreen that i couldnt fix, and i figured a refresh of my system might take care of everything at once.
But, this morning i still got yet another bluescreen.
I think it is very unlikely that it is a failed driver at this point, and i am pretty worried about hardware failure.
I am still in the process of finishing my windows updates, but i will run the DM log collector just so you can see the single bluescreen that i have had since the system reset.

I have already updated all of my basic drivers to their newest version. The only thing i have not reinstalled is the BIOS, because i already had the newest version and i didn't want to mess with the BIOS if i didn't need to.
I question now if the problem is not motherboard or CPU related, since i have problems booting my computer from a cold boot. If my computer gets turned completely off somehow, it can take me up to 30 minutes to get it to turn on again without giving me beepcodes.

Its basically Beeeeep, Beep-beep.

and then the monitor will stay disabled.

I looked up the beepcodes as best as i could and the Long Short Short beep code is supposed to be "Unable to Initialize Video."

But i tried removing my video card and running the computer through the onboard graphics and i got the same beep codes.

I have also tried removing one ram card at a time and trying different ram slots but the beep codes remained.

I tried using a different monitor as well and that made no difference.

I have installed a new power supply as well to see if maybe my old power supply was failing to power up all the parts in my computer (Would have explained the bluescreening if my GPU was getting bad voltage) But the new power supply made no difference.

The only way i have been able to cold boot my computer is by turning it off and on over and over until eventually it doesn't give me beep codes. I have been having to keep my computer in sleep mode instead of shutting it down because it seems dangerous to turn it off and on so many times in succession.

Really the only parts left in question is the motherboard or the CPU. Or i suppose it could be the BIOS? I don't really know too much about how a computer boots up, so i don't know when the BIOS comes into play.
