BSOD after Starting Windows on Dell Latitude E4310

I have a Dell Latitude E4310 which has been acting slow lately, but now I think it finally snapped. When I started the computer up today, I got a BSOD right after "Starting Windows". The information is as follows:

    UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME

    *** STOP: 0X000000ED (0xFFFFFA8004609940,0xFFFFFFFFC000009c,0x0000000000000000,0 x0000000000000000)
