    Try following please:

Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install the drivers from HP. Be sure to install as less as possible software using custom/advanced options, you can use this tutorial to do so AMD Graphics Drivers - Install Without Catalyst Install Manager

It still doesn't work. I used the DDU then installed the amd driver directly in the device manager without installing the catalyst control center. I restarted and it was ok. But when I open a game it shows a black screen and restarts by itself without showing any BSOD.

I think I am missing the BSOD at least it was showing me what was the problem :3

You're not missing the BSOD, because it isn't a BSOD.

A shutdown/restart crash is not similar to a BSOD crash. Somewhere is a power problem (not to confuse with a power state problem), but Windows cannot catch those problems.

You think BIOS plays an important role in it?

    UPDATE:
I installed drivers for jmicron media card reader and realtek ethernet controller. When I used dxdiag, bsod atikmpdag.sys appeared.

Then I restored my computer before the event and used dxdiag, it restarted by itself without bsod.

Depends mainly on the changes of the BIOS.

Always keep software (BIOS included as it is also software) up to date, from the right source.

The zip is empty of dumps.

If you are using a program like Ccleaner please stop using it while troubleshooting.
This because programs like Ccleaner remove dump files that are needed to troubleshoot.
Or configure Ccleaner to not remove dump files:
