Apologies, it appears to be an older version, please try below command.
    Code:
    type %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts >> "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\hosts.txt"&dxdiag /t %Temp%\dxdiag.txt&copy %Temp%\dxdiag.txt "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\"&copy %SystemRoot%\minidump\*.dmp "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\"&driverquery /v > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\drivers.txt"&msinfo32 /nfo "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\msinfo32.nfo"&wevtutil qe System /f:text > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\eventlog.txt"&systeminfo > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt"

Please remove these programs and revert back the changes they have made using a restore point or another backup
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Driver Easy	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Driver Easy	Public
    Start Menu\Programs\Driver Talent	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Driver Talent	Public
    Start Menu\Programs\DriverToolkit	Public:Start Menu\Programs\DriverToolkit	Public
Then reinstall or update all drivers HP provides for your laptop.

I would recommend to clean install Windows, it's not recommended to continue while there may be drivers from driver easy present.
