Kernel - Power ID 41

Hi Guys!
I am new in this Forum and I hope u can help me!
At first sorry for my bad English! I am from Austria and so I didn't speak every day!

Since I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit I got this Errormessage below:

- <Event xmlns="">
- <System>
<Provider Name="Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-EventTracing" Guid="{B675EC37-BDB6-4648-BC92-F3FDC74D3CA2}" />
<TimeCreated SystemTime="2009-11-15T09:41:58.293630800Z" />
<Correlation />
<Execution ProcessID="4" ThreadID="44" />
<Security UserID="S-1-5-18" />
- <EventData>
<Data Name="SessionName">Circular Kernel Context Logger</Data>
<Data Name="FileName" />
<Data Name="ErrorCode">3221225525</Data>
<Data Name="LoggingMode">268436608</Data>

I saw in the Forum that many guys got this message but I saw no real solution!
Some guys spoke about upping Voltage in Bios? How can I do this?

Normally I got the message when I use Firefix or generally connect to the Internet!
Blue Screen and then new start! I changed from Windows XP 32 bit to Win 7 64 Bit
without an Biosupdate? Is this one of the Problems?

Other Solutions are anything with the Network adapter?

Do u know anything?

Please help me!!

I am thankful for every help!

P.S.: When u need anything which defines the Error message then please tell it to me!
