    BSOD when started running an MP4 file


    PC crashed the moment I started a MP4 video of whs Vimeo tutorial.
    - PC immediately restarted itself
    -> I selected to restart in normal mode
    -> Windows showed an alert regarding a log file

    This is my first experience of BSOD/crashes

    During download of "dm log collector.exe' core temps were 61 & 59 respectivly
    - after download core temps dropped back to 49 & 47

    I thnk fan is running a lot and laptop does need a clean, would this be part of the problem ?
    PC is a Toshiba and to clean I believe the screen and keyboard have to come out
