BSOD Windows has recover from unexpected shutdown

First time poster, sorry if i break any rules or not clear on somethings.

I am currently having issues with HP 8000 Elite SFF. I tried to stress test this unit overnight, when i woke up this morning i had a screen pop up on my desktop saying "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown"

    Problem: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.40
    Locale ID: 1033

    BCCode : f4
    BCP1: 0000000000000003
    BCP2: FFFFFA8004C6BB10
    BCP3: FFFFFA8004C6BDF0
    BCP4: FFFFF80002SCA750
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

Files that might help the problem :
    C:\Windows\Minidump\120716-7644-01.dmp
    C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-9422-0.sysdata.xml

I just want to know if it is a software or hardware issue?

    Thank you.

Hello and welcome tecguy mate now it isn't that clear as to what it is so I would try these first up
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2
Run these in safe mode and the sfc often best run for two to three runs – you can leave out the /r switch in ckdsk if you feel it not necessary

Now out of interest how old is the machine please? Plus some more specs please - very hard not knowing what is in the machine
System Info - See Your System Specs or just fill them out in your profile.
