BSOD on reboot

Hello,

In the last 2 days my laptop appears to have BSOD'd when I've tried to reboot.

I'm looking to find out if there's anything obvious from the two dumps? (software or hardware issue)

Many thanks

Ok mate now these are to the best of my knowledge graphical problems
Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for dxgmms1.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for dxgmms1.sys
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for dxgkrnl.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for dxgkrnl.sys
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for win32k.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for win32k.sys
***** Kernel symbols are WRONG. Please fix symbols to do analysis.
What I would do first up is the simple stuff and run these
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2
Run these in safe mode and the sfc often best run for two to three runs you can leave out the /r switch in ckdsk if you feel it not necessary

I installed an antivirus program and Adobe Acrobat on Win 7 64 bit ultimate. It requested a system restart. Upon restart, I had a BSOD immediately after the Windows 7 splash screen (before Win requests my user password). Upon BSOD, it auto-restarted my PC and automatically brought me in to...
