Crashes when gaming and when installing Gigabyte OC Guru

Hello All! This is my first post here and I hope you guys can help me.

It all started when I bought my new graphics/SSD and I did a fresh install.
My RAM/CPU/HardDrive/MoBo are still the same from the start.
After installing my new GPU and SSD, I noticed that my chrome browsing it slow and sluggish. Seeing my CPU peaks just by using it. Anyway, I decided to download all the necessary drivers for my MoBo, CPU, and Graphics card. All seems ok but I am having a hard time playing games like Darkest Dungeon, Dota 2, SOMA, Hearthstone and Witcher 3(I bought my card just for this game, I know it can't handle ultra. I just want it to be at High FPS with decent graphics.).
All of them I have experienced BSOD. My attached minidumps have included my recent crash with Witcher 3 and my other problem of crashing while trying to install Gigabyte OC Guru II(Wanted to install so I can OC both my CPU and GPU to get high details 60+ FPS, currently running on medium 45 fps).

TLDR: Freezes/decreased performance while gaming and Crashes when installing Gigabyte Extreme engine both from disc and website.

Thank you so much.
