Now I can see them mate but it would be better to add the specs to your profile mate it is easier to access but you have quite a few problems with that machine in the dumps and problem devices - see pic

Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for viahduaa.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for viahduaa.sys
***** Kernel symbols are WRONG. Please fix symbols to do analysis.
This a is a graphics issue but without seeing the specs clearly (the pic you sent is very blurred although I think I can make out you have an NVidia GTX 750Ti????) I cannot make out what it refers to.
Now there is also this
Code:
MODULE_NAME: portcls

FAULTING_MODULE: fffff8000321b000 nt

DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP: 524e1b82

EXCEPTION_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 - The instruction at 0x%08lx referenced memory at 0x%08lx. The memory could not be %s.
Again this is linked to a graphics issue and I am not so sure the RAM may not be out of whack so

I am suggesting you update the NVidia driver and take a look at the problem devices as most of the mentioned are driver problems
Drivers | GeForce

The whole machine seems to be in quite a state to be honest. Now in the pic are really a lot of problem devices as I said and lets just do the NVidai driver first and then track down those other drivers - which is why we need to know what is in the machine

DM log collector wasn't working as it didn't put a zip on my desktop so I used an alternative "Seven Forums collector" and I've uploaded that zip file instead containing the same kind of info that I think you wanted.
That tool does not create all information needed to troubleshoot properly.

Before closing the tool, do you see a new folder on the desktop and does it contain files?

Hey again,

Yeah that's the problem man, before closing the tool and waiting a while for it to completely finish there is no new folder on the desktop. (I've just tried again while running in administrator and safemode, still not working).

As for specs, I'm gonna write them out here:

CPU - AMD A8-3870 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
Motherboard - ASRock A55M-HVS
Bios date - BIOS Date: 12/04/12 15:44:23 Ver: 04.06.05
Total Memory - 4.00gb Usable - 3.97gb
HDD - (1) ST500DM002-1BD142 ATA Device (2) Generic- Compact Flash USB Device (3) Generic- MS/MS-Pro USB Device (4) Generic- SD/MMC USB Device (5) Generic- SM/xD-Picture USB Device
Soundcard - (1) USB Audio Device (2) Virtual Audio Cable (3) NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM) (4) VB-Audio Virtual Cable (5) Screaming Bee Audio (6) NVIDIA High Definition Audio (7) VIA High Definition Audio
Graphics card - GTX 750 Ti
OS - Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit 7601 Multiprocessor Free Service Pack 1

I wish I could pin the issue definately on Nvidia drivers but I'm fully up to date on that. Other drivers I cannot say the same. I guess I'm gonna have to start working through the problem devices, but how would you recommend I go about doing that? Some of those drivers I can't even find and I'm not even sure if they are made anymore :/ But I have a huge suspicion it's based on my 2011 audio drivers that I can't figure out how to update as when I try I just BSOD constantly since it doesn't even like to be touched o.O

Thanks alot btw for helping

Update: Those devices are not present in the picture as I've tried my best to delete them all together after having a previous issue 5 months ago with Overwatch where I would BSOD constantly in Overwatch after the new voice chat update (they updated the voice codec blizzard customer support told me and idk alot of that shit was clashing so I tried to delete it I guess, seems I didn't delete fully.) I really think if I just get around this audio driver thing it will working again. I know my PC is in a very very messy state and I'm planning on getting a new computer anyways but I don't have the money right now so I gotta fix it this way :P I don't know how to go about updating this audio driver, please could you help me find if there are any more audio drivers available? Someone told me once it appeared they aren't made anymore but drivermax said there was a2016 one but halfway through installing I just started to BSOD and couldn't turn my PC back on (when it started to try and touch the 2011 driver I think.)

Thanks

Run this command in an admin command prompt, it'll create some files on the desktop. Select the files, copy them to a zip file and upload the zip.
Code:
copy %SystemRoot%\minidump\*.dmp "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\"&dxdiag /t %Temp%\dxdiag.txt&copy %Temp%\dxdiag.txt "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\SFdebugFiles\"&type %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts >> "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\hosts.txt"&systeminfo > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt"&driverquery /v > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\drivers.txt" &msinfo32 /nfo "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\msinfo32.nfo"&wevtutil qe System /f:text > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\eventlog.txt"&reg export HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\uninstall.txt"&reg export "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components" "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\installed.txt"&net start > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\services.txt"&REM wmic startup list full /format:htable >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.html"&wmic STARTUP GET Caption, Command, User >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.txt"
Files that are created:
  • *.dmp,
  • dxdiag.txt,
  • hosts.txt,
  • systeminfo.txt,
  • drivers.txt,
  • msinfo32.nfo,
  • eventlog.txt,

I got the PC second hand a few years ago preinstalled with windows and ever since it started doing this "windows isn't genuine" stuff I've just ignored it as it's not caused me any trouble. It shouldn't cause problems right?

The biggest problem is that we cannot provide any support while your installation isn't genuine.

I can only suggest to clean install Windows using a genuine activation key.
