Hello and welcome tmooretcm mate first up the memtest you have not run it for enough passes it has to be fro at least 8 passes any less and you may as well not bother. You can of course stop the test if errors come up before then see this RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Now if push come to shove then we can check the PSU quite easily because it is very underrated as cause for computer problems / issues - but lets get those other things done first.

Have you fix it? I'm very disappointed now

Hello and welcome DobreG now I don't want to sound officious but you really need to start your own thread because posting a similar problem in another member's thread leads to confusion as to who one is helping and making mistakes with issues that the original poster has started.

Now before you do that please note that the dump file you have cited ntoskrnl.exe is a very common one and typically requires a lot more researching into and to do that we need your dumps files in total.
So please follow these and start a new thread.

Ok now there are dumps that may involve malware or should I say could be malware references. So first up let us start by running these
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f switch and if this does not make any improvement then just run this switch instead /r in the command line as per Option2
Run these in safe mode and the sfc often best run for two to three runs – you can leave out the /r switch in ckdsk if you feel it not necessary


if no fix then these

SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
Malwarebytes | Malwarebytes Premium
AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
(NB If you are running Kaspersky as the main AV then it might need disabling it when trying ADW because it does not like it at times)

Whatever AV you have you need to update the data base on it and also run a full scan with it. Just as by the by what AV are you running?
Anyway do those scans in that order and the sfc and chkdsk best run in safe mode because then only the Windows files are involved.

Ok well that is good as long as you could transfer the copy of Windows to the new board because the code you were using would have been tied to the old one.

Regarding the power supply what you say leaves me wondering just what PSU you are using and if it is sufficiently powered enough for what you are using.
Now to find that out you can use this OuterVision Power Supply Calculator it will calculate the PSU size you need plus a degree of "overkill" for future improvements or power draw.

Now one thing you can do and might be an idea for you to see just what shape your PSU is in is to follow this only because it will give you an idea of the status of your PSU and this device is very often overlooked as a cause for issues in a machine - without it functioning properly nothing else will either
Using HW Info
PART A:
You can test the volts on the PSU with HW Info HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download < download the right bit version and close the right hand window select Sensors and scroll down to the power section where you will see what the volts are doing see my pic. In my pic the section (Nuvoton) with VBATT as a dead give away you are in the section for the rail voltages. There are other section titles and one that pops up often is ITE (sometimes the usual one for Gigabyte boards)
Now the voltage on the different rails have to be within 5% =+/- of what is required or the machine will not work properly if at all.
Limits +/- (minimum - correct - maximum)
12v1 = 11.4 - 12 - 12.6v
12v2 = 11.4 - 12- 12.6v
5v = 4.75 – 5 - 5.25v
3.3v = 3.135 – 3 – 3.465v
-12v = -10.80 - -12 - -13.20v
+5VSB = 4.75 – 5 - 5.25v
The Power good signal voltage at pin 8 on the 24 pin plug (grey cable) should be the same as the 5v rail reading/s

The original right hand window shows the machine running and is handy for that but for looking at the components in some detail close it and use the main left hand side panel

Open each small square with + in it on the section the components are in and then click on the individual component/s (it will highlight in blue) - in the right hand side will appear all sorts of details including brands speeds and other essential info that particular device. See pic for example.
