Possible windows update causes bsod when trying to unflash my GPU bios

A device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught
    BSOD generic info nothing specific

when i try to either save my bios with GPU-Z or flash it.

computer runs fine but i would like to revert the overclock and overvoltage back to stock since i wont be running anything that requires such speed

    Help???
I have the default bios already but nvflash just WONT WORK anymore..
It worked many times before in the past on the same OS that im currently using a few months later
Now it just crashes endlessly with a BSOD

Ive tried resetting my motherboards computer BIOS to all defaults. changing them. no difference.

as i said I cant even SAVE the bios with GPU-Z (i did that as a test to see if it does the same thing)
Even just double clicking the .exe causes a bsod. its like a computer crasher program now!!!!

How do I find out if its a windows update that caused this crash to start happening?

The program doesnt even get to the part where it asks if i should continue yes or no it just crashes immediately before any progress is even made.

I'm thinking of trying an old video driver version. maybe the newest nvidia drivers are overly strict

    Hi Real,
    Off the bat 3 things
Increase your ram its not enough for Ultimate.
If your still running IE8 that implies your system is not up to date.
That comp came with W8, and i believe it does not have legacy bios to support W7, which would indicate a Bios mod.

I do not have a bios mod for my motherboard. im using the legit bios that come from the optiplex 360 website for this pc

    And i'm not using IE8 i have IE11
I'm on a dell optiplex 360. this is a new PC with new hardware.
i'm not using that PC anymore. check my info. i thought it was updated but i guess not.

the only thing i can guess from between the time it worked and now it doesnt is windows updates. because i installed over 100 of them.
    on windows 7 ultimate 64-bit
4GB ram i have no slowdowns from ram. computer is responsive and not laggy

Tried uninstalling video driver and let windows install basic graphics adapter.
No change still bsod when trying to access or flash my GPU's bios!!

I gave up trying to get it to work in windows and instead put it on a usb and booted from the usb and ran it from there. worked fine in DOS.
no issue doing it that way.
I guess windows is corrupted or something and needs a reinstall again

SFC SCANNOW doesnt even fix it.
