BSOD when plugging XB1 controller

i recently bought an xb1 controller for my pc (to play games that fit the controller), The automatic drivers didnt install the controller so i saw a solution for it wich is installing a driver manually for the 64bit sys.
after that when i try to let the driver install it just won't finish. i hear the usb input get's detected and that when it happens, the BSOD. after that i decided to actually format the computer. after that, when i installed ALL the drivers and etc,i plugged the controller again and it actually worked. i finished using it and when i wanted to play with it again,BSOD again(after unplugging when i finished playing). now i dont know what else to do,i tried to deleth the drivers and reinstall again but it didnt help.

would like to have some help to see if i can still fix it somehow before i replace it in the store with 360 controller.

EDIT: Im doing the latest updates for the windows,i will check if there are any changes after it.
EDIT 2: Updated the latest drivers and yet its not working.
EDIT 3 :I add a zip

Thanks for NO help from this useless forum

Audio cuts out temporarily when plugging in controller
So I've been plagued with audio and game controller issues for awhile now. I think a reasonable symptom to work with is that when I plug my Dualshock 3 into my USB 2 port, my headset (which is also a USB 2 port) cuts out and then back in. Sometimes if I run some kind of controller server, it...

BSOD When Plugging In 360 Wired Controller
Hi, first time here, hope I did this right. My system gets a BSOD when I plug in a 360 controller. I had Motioninjoy installed before and removed it (or at least I hope I did, I had to do at least one driver removal separately). First time I've ever plugged in a 360 controller. Did this and...
