    BSOD Restart

    Hi

My PC restarted unexpectedly three times in the last two hours it was on last night, the last time it did not fully restart, the PC was running but the monitor was blank.

I have no BSOD info because the BSOD did not show, even though I have unchecked "Restart Automatically" on System Failures.

I am posting this on the same PC so it is running okay at the moment.

The DM Log Collector file has been attached.

    Thanks for any help.

    Regards

    Daniel

Please fill in your system specs
Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely including PSU, cooling and other used stuff like mouse, keyboard, monitor, case, etc.
The PSU, cooling and other stuff are NOT mentioned in the tool.

In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'. After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

You would have to check physically.

    Hi

is it possible to progress this without PSU info, I have just taken the case cover off and the
PSU is mounted behind a metal "wall" that is soldered onto the outer case and I cannot see what is
written on it, or even if anything is written on it.

To read anything on the PSU I would have to take it out which would mean disconnecting it from the HDD, DVD, the built-in extra HDD attachment mount and the motherboard.

    Please let me know.

    Regards

What just came to mind, does the manufacturer provide any detail about the PSU specs?

    Hi

I believe not, I don't recall any, there was a manual but I have bought and sold houses three
times since than and the manual has been mislaid in the moves.

I'll see what I can find out, give me a day or so.

    Cheers

Could you provide the model of your system in your system specs, it'll be a stock PSU but it would come in handy to know more about it.
