BSOD on newly installed system(3days old)

Hello, i had a BSOD today when i went to do something else and my PC went to a sleep mode. When i came back the screen didn't respond and i tried alt+ctrl+del to bring up task manager and then i got a blue screen. I am most certain that this is to do with my GPU driver. My Processor is on 35c while gaming so is GPU but i probably didn't install the driver for my AMD card properly. I am having huge fps drops in games and i get lags on youtube as well. Thanks for reading, best regards.

Update: While i am booting the system it starts booting for 2-3 seconds then turns off, then again boots and turns off.. but it boots normally the third time. So does this mean that my GPU might not be connected properly? Or maybe my RAM?
