Got a BSOD on Windows 7, then the computer wouldnt boot to Windows anymore. Installed Windows 10 after many failed attempts on the installation finally managed to install it. Now I get BSOD and it wont boot. Could this be a HDD issue, CPU overheating? system_scan_at_raised_irql_caught_improper_driver_unload I got that error message on the Windows 10 BSOD. Thanks a lot for your help.

Hello mate now it could be a multitude of problems and sounds to me like the drive is not that crash hot, and it could even be the RAM is bad.

Whatever you decide to do with the machine this thread would be best posted in the sister Ten forum - same crew and same way of signing up and as I do not have a lot of experience yet with Win 10 I cannot say because the two OS's do have quite a few differences.

Right at the very top of this page you will see Ten Forum click on it and as I said sign up
