Multiple 0x00000050, among others, and cannot boot safe mode

Been having problems with my computer for over a year now and can't fix the problem. I've replaced my ram, ssd (old one still plugged in), and power supply, and still have the same problems. I often have a BSOD when using photoshop and youtube at the same time, starting with the youtube tabs crashing, then the rest of my tabs crashing and then the blue screen. Rocket League has recently started performing too poorly to play along with some slight graphical errors. I haven't found anything on it really so I'm not sure if it's worth mentioning but under my display adapters I can never get my Standard VGA Graphics Adapter to not have the yellow exclamation mark next to it no matter what I do. As far as not being able to use Safe Mode, when I use F8 to get to the boot options, doesn't matter which safe mode I try, they all hang at classpnp.sys and then goes to the log in screen and about 3-5 seconds later it restarts and boots into normal mode. I've done memtests before with no problems. Attached is my crash logs.
