BSOD when putting laptop into sleep/hibernation mode

Hi. I have a Lenovo z580 laptop running windows 7 Premium. Recently my laptop has started to crash whenever i close it really. It never fails and i get very irritated by this. I don't know what the cause is. I've even tried unistalling programs to make sure they're not the cause as well as deleting files (Since i don't really download that much). I checked a few things out. Firstly every time i log on i get the following error

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 1000009f
BCP1: 0000000000000004
BCP2: 0000000000000258
BCP3: FFFFFA8006722660
BCP4: FFFFF8000400D740
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1

What the hell man? This is every single time i open my laptop it does this. I checked the Even Log and got the following information

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.
The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000004,
0x0000000000000258, 0xfffffa8006722660, 0xfffff8000400d740).
A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id:
012617-32354-01.

Not sure what to do now though. There was one more. Apparently a boot driver is failing to load.
Googling said driver gave me no results though. Please help me

Ok Aunoni what you need to do is follow these tutorials and post back please.

Now I see you are running McAfee and for what it is worth I think is a piece of rubbish. Try disabling it at least myself I would be uninstalling it but that is your choice of course.
