BSOD on wake up, BCC F4

Hello, This is the 4th time getting a BSOD with a BCC F4. my pc freezes, BSOD, then restarts. Once it's restarted, it runs fine. Hasn't crapped on me during use... yet. I have read that it could possibly be a dying boot drive(5 year old OCZ 240GB SSD, 8K+ operating hours), bad or old drivers, or loose wires to the drives. i believe i have updated to the latest drivers, as far as i know. Checked the connections to the drives(Ok), and ran a chkdsk on my boot drive and my storage drives(3X WD Black 1TB HDD, stripped array, 5000+ hours of operation) using the cmd prompt /F/R with nothing ill found on any of the drives. the only thing that I did before the BSOD's started happening was formatting and RAIDing together the 3 HDD's. They've been in the case, powered on, and connected to the motherboard the whole time, just not formatted or allocated. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
Jeff

Hi Jg,
ill let the BSOD boys look at the dumps, but in the meantime you also have a problem thats been on your system for a while

The Peer Name Resolution Protocol cloud did not start because the creation of the default identity failed with error code: 0x80630801.

Error 0x80630801 - The Identity Store has been corrupted.
Delete idstore.sst from the %appdata%\peernetworking folder.

and for your info
The WinRing0_1_2_0 service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.
Thats something to do with Razer,

Roy

Why are you manually trying to install MSE updates your running Bitdefender??

Roy, thank you for the speedy reply. I have deleted the idstore.sst file. the only thing that i have that is razor is my keyboard. would that be a driver issue? i uninstalled bitdefender a couple of weeks ago(Expired) and was using windows defender, tried to do MSE updates for the malware, adware, and the like. i just downloaded a free antivirus (TotalAV). thats what i'll be using.
