Windows 10 Pro

I took a quick look at what happened on each core.
It looks like they were all working on I/O related things, some are blaming the SATA controller driver, but with the bad block(s) it is more likely bad communication with a HDD.

Mysterious START Orb
I have a multi-page tutorial (from Windows Secrets), which says "Once you are ready..., simply click the Start orb, type backup in the Search programs and files box, and press Enter". I have no idea where to look for Start orb, nor the rest of it. Please help.

Mysterious Arrow
Sometimes I click on something and an arrow with a dot on it, or a dot in the middle of two arrows, shows up out of nowhere and the page starts scrolling. It's a minor annoyance, but I'd like to know why this happens and how to avoid it. Thanks!
