BSOD on every shutdown - error 0x1000007e

Hi everyone,

I'm getting a BSOD on each and every shutdown. Using BlueScreenView from Nirsoft, it looks like ntoskrnl.exe is the culprit, although I've attached log files as stated in the posting instructions so this can be verified.

What I've done so far:
Ran the built-in diagnostics in the BIOS from Dell - no errors found.

Removed the memory chips (there are 4x4GB) one by one, rebooting after each, to try and see if there is a bad chip. BSOD persists.

Downloaded and installed all the latest drivers from the Dell website for my model machine, no luck. This included updating the BIOS.

Disabled the usual suspects in device manager (video, sound, network, CDROM), no luck.

I'm happy to provide any other logs/pictures if needed.

Your help will really be appreciated.
