    I have no problems analyzing the dumps.
    Try to empty your symbols folder (move symbols to another folder) and reload the dumps a few times, you may have some corrupted symbols or something.

    Huh, that's weird, also, will do. I don't get how this is happening because this is a fresh install of symbols that I downloaded yesterday

    Then you may simply be missing the necessary symbols.

    iv'e just receive another blue screen after 1 week. first thing i do after startup is open the collector
    and i get error message after windows startup
    "tablet version mismatch "
    i thin it's something to do with malwarebytes
