Have problem with PC, Windmg- Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+96a88 )

Rebooted after bugcheck
Hi I installed Windows 7 Pro 64 bit a few weeks ago. And I have been having a few crashes. Pretty sure this is driver related but am not able to interpret the mini dump. Can someone please have a look at the most recent file and help? Would be really appreciated. Many thanks.
