Hello and welcome BIHeXsaz first up please follow this
Now before we can help we do need to know what is in your machine so please do this System Info - See Your System Specs
or either enter the specs of your system in your forum profile the specs will appear when we click on that little box bottom left of the post screen it is for me the preferable option as it is easy. As you may appreciate it is very hard when you donít know what one is working with for example a diesel or petrol engine.
*(pretyped to save time)

At a quick glance the bugcheck below is almost due to a hardware problem so it is important that you do as above please. The reference to AuthenticAMD also prompts me to ask is this machine overclocked??

Whether or not it is what are the temps on the machine especially the CPU?? Use this please and post back the results Speccy - Free Download - Piriform

Code:
BUGCHECK_STR: 0x124_AuthenticAMD

Ok mate now after seeing what Roy has posted just where did you get the media for Windows from because whoever sold you this copy or machine needs to be contacted by you and the situation sorted out.

This often happens when people sell their machines on and it invariably involves the Ultimate version of Windows which a lot of people think is a very special version of Windows when in fact for the average person Home Premium or even Professional is more than adequate..

You need to buy a genuine key to activate Windows.

It seems Office is also illegally activated...

As @torchwood has mentioned, no support will be provided while piracy is present on your system.

Ok mate don't be sorry re the English and wherever you got the copy from is obviously a fraudulent seller and your best bet is a new OEM or just get the key online and download an ISO for the version you get.
