Random BSOD in netio.sys while streaming through bluetooth

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.

I am randomly getting a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL that is pointing to the netio.sys driver.

This randomly happens when I have Foobar2000 streaming audio through a 4.0 bluetooth dongle at night when no one is sitting at the computer. I am not certain if the music is still streaming when this blue screen happens.

Here are some of the things I have tried so far:

    1. sfc /scannow which was clean.
    2. disk check on all of my drives.
    3. memtest for over 8 hours with no issues.
    4. Updated my video and network drivers to the newest versions.
    5. Did a repair install of Windows 7, but no change.
    5. Recently reinstalled Windows fresh and issue still happening.

I recently purchased a new power supply and a new video card. Not sure if this is related to the issue.

I hope this is enough information. Please let me know if I have left anything out that is important and thanks for your time.

It looks like COMODO is the root cause of the crash.
I would like to note that having 2 similar programs, COMODO and Avast, running at the same time is not a good idea.
