    BSOD when I try to shut down


    BSOD when I try to shut down the computer what is wrong?

    Ok mate just follow these as I don't know how you collected the last lot and got it into a zip.

    Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
    &
    Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

    Now the other we would like to know is are you running any form of hard drive clean up tool such as CCleaner if so do not do that until you can get the blue screen dumps to us as those programs will clear the dump files out.

    problem


    I added the reg file part that logs the kernel and now when I try to shut down it reboots or shuts down it does not go blue screen so what do I do now?

    From what i can glean from the event log

    Bittorrent is repeatedly crashing
    uninstall it for the moment see what happens.

    I have 350 files set to download so I do not want to uninstall it unless I have to or I get my hands on a sonic screwdriver :)

    i suggested it as we cant get hold of the dumps,

    on the files you uploaded have a look at the MSinfo >> windows errors
