Keep Daemon Tools uninstalled.
Do you keep getting BSODs if the TP-Link device is removed?
I keep daemon tools uninstalled. I removed TP LINk device and bsod still occurs.
About Daemon Tools, you're sure? It looks installed to me.
Please check in device manager, under network adapters, if the TP-Link device is present, if it is uninstall it and reboot the system.Code:Disc Soft Lite Bus Service Disc Soft Lite Bus Service Stopped Manual Own Process "c:\program files\daemon tools lite\discsoftbusservicelite.exe" Normal LocalSystem 0 Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite Public:Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite Public dtlitescsibus DAEMON Tools Lite Virtual SCSI Bus c:\windows\system32\drivers\dtlitescsibus.sys Kernel Driver Tak Manual Running OK Normal Nie Tak dtliteusbbus DAEMON Tools Lite Virtual USB Bus c:\windows\system32\drivers\dtliteusbbus.sys Kernel Driver Tak Manual Running OK Normal Nie Tak
It uses the driver athurx.sys.
I dont know whether it's working or not, but after manually uninstalling daemon tools from manage devices and after changing network card it seems to be working (for now no bsod). I hope it was the network card, but I had it about 2 years so it seems strange to me.
Unfortunatelly, bsod still occurs :/ But visual studio was installed correctly.
Check Gigabyte for BIOS and chipset driver updates.
Is the new USB network adapter connected via the same port?
I have it connected to the other port. But still, the connection rate is very slow, slower than on previous kart. Now I have ASUS USB-N10. To the other devices, I will do the update
That's good news, although the network adapter device drivers get the blame it is now known that they aren't the root cause :)
