BSOD Error 0x0000004a IRQL GT ZERO

Hey guys, been having this problem for a while
Couldn't find out what exactly is the source since my windows just refuses to create any dump files
Just happens randomly whenever I'm gaming or watching youtube
Hope my attachment is sufficient to find out the cause
    Cheers!

    Hi andraros,

It appears that your system is having hardware errors, although they are constantly corrected, I would recommend to perform hardware stress tests since it may be a reason why no dump is created.

Please read the instructions carefully, if you have any questions please ask them before performing the test.

    Diagnostic test

     GPU TEST

Run Furmark to test your GPU. Furmark tutorial

       Note
Run Furmark for around 30 minutes

       Warning
Your GPU temperatures will rise quickly while Furmark is running. Keep a keen eye on them and abort the test if temperatures rise too high

Make a photo of the result and post it.

In Furmark you can find a tool called 'GPU-Z' (if you want to install GPU-Z is up to you), when GPU-Z is open click on the 'Sensors' tab, on this tab you can monitor
    • the frequency of the GPU,
    • the GPU memory clock,
    • the temperature,
    • the power,
    • the load on the GPU,
    • Etc.

I would like you to make a screenshot of GPU-Z after you have either cancelled Furmark for any reason or Furmark is finished, post this screenshot in your next reply with the result of Furmark.

    Diagnostics Test

     HDD TEST

       Note
Please run HDTune first, in the order posted!

    Run HDTune to
    • check the health,
    • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    • run a benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following
    • the health,
    • the error scan,
    • the benchmark incl. following
      • transfer rate,
      • access time,
      • burst rate,
      • cpu usage.

Run SeaTools DOS to check the integrity of your HDD. SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use - Windows 7 Help Forums
    Run the long test.
       Note
Do not run SeaTools on an SSD as the results will be invalid.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

    Run chkdsk
Disk Check - Windows 7 Help Forums
Use option TWO with parameter /r
Upload the chkdsk log Check Disk (chkdsk) - Read Event Viewer Log

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 7 Forums

       Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

    Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.

    Diagnostic Test

     CPU TEST

Run Prime95 to stress test your CPU. Prime95 - Stress Test Your CPU - Windows 7 Forums

       Warning
Your CPU temperatures will rise quickly while under this stress test. Keep a keen eye on them and abort the test if overheating occurs.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

Sorry for the super late reply!
So these are the attachments that you were asking for except the memtest
I forgot to take pictures of em as i thought it would create a report by itself but I can assure you that there was not a single error after around 8 hours of test. I'm pretty sure it said No Errors Press ESC to exit.
Also, after I installed and did all the tests, I always got this BSOD

The IO manager has detected a violation by a driver that is being verified. The faulty driver that is being verified must be debugged and replaced with a working version.

I had to launch the last known good configuration so now it seems to be fine
Not sure what happened since all I did was install all these software and do all the tests

1 issue, you have according to your specs 16GB, 8h isn't enough to reach 8 passes with 16GB.

Oh okay, I thought It already finished after seeing that notification
So since there's no problem with other hardware, should it be the RAM that's faulty then?

Usually you'll see that notification constantly.

Not per se, we can't test parts like the motherboard, they can only be tested by replacement.

So I'm just wondering, is faulty hardware might also leads up to dump files not being generated or it is just my settings which are wrong? I mean if dump files could be generated it would be so much easier for us to determine the core of the problems, Cheers!

Faulty hardware can cause no dump files to be generated
