    Unexpected I/O error 0xc00000e9

    Hi guys.
I read the posts about that "Unexpected I/O error 0xc00000e9" error but obviously I'm dealing with unsolved issue.
Well, my neighbor brought me his Lenovo Ideapad asking for help. The laptop has Win 7 Pro, but not genuine installed. Obviously he is not "computer friendly person".
He told me that after starting up he must have pressed wrong button and the error occurred. I read on forums to solve that problem but no use.
I tried to reboot it on Safe mode, prompt, ... but after system is reading Windows files, I end up every time with the "Unexpected I/O error 0xc00000e9" error.

Is there any other way to make the system work or is it better go to professionals to solve the case. I'd really like to help, but if the situation is beyond my league I'll not gonna lose my time in vain.

Thank you very much for any help and tip.
    Best regards,
    Nina
