RAR is a zip format that requires software not contained I Windows to open the dump files so can you just go back and follow those links I posted please.
Just install 7Zip - it's free, robust and can open up almost all known archive formats. Im sure we have explained this before.

Are there any alternatives to produce the files or folders which your software will allow you to open?
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidumps (be sure to set Explorer to show all hidden files).

If there are .dmp files present, compress/archive them using 7Zip, then upload them here.

I followed the steps in the links that ICIT had posted. The problem isn't with those steps and it isn't with the one helping or with the one being helped.
The problem was the DM Log Collector or my system reconfiguring it. It wasn't producing the zip folders that ICIT could open.

There's no mention of 7zip or Windows default compression tool in the BSOD - Posting Instructions link

I know now that 7zip is the alternative to DM Log Collector that produces the zip files which ICIT can open and read.

No, the terms "RAR zip" did not clear up any confusion for me but made my confusion worst because it didn't make clear to me that 7zip is the one I needed to allow ICIT to help me.

When I read "RAR zip" my automatic thought was the software "WinRAR" which not even I want to spend money for.

    In any case...Thank you

I will install and use 7zip instead of DM Log Collector at my next dump.

Here is a recent Minidump using the Windows default compression tool...

I will soon upload a 7zip output of the same unless it isn't needed.
