That may make troubleshooting a little more difficult.

    Try following
    - Uninstall the display driver from the device manager
    - Reboot your system
    - See if the problem occurs

When uninstalling a device from device manager, Windows will reinstall the drivers when rebooting.
I uninstalled the display driver from the device manager (in safe mode).
Later, I reboot the system normally (no safe mode). No BSOD occurred. Windows update automatically searched for driver for display card and found and installed it.
Later reboot the system (for make changes effective) but a BSOD took place again.

Sorry for my late answer but there was Easter and I was out.

    Hi,
Do not have any idea what the problem might be?
Or what else can I do?

0x116 means that the display driver stopped responding and Windows was unable to recover it within the allocated amount of time, as of now it looks like it's just the driver causing the issue but the only (not recommended) other way is to try drivers from AMD. Though I doubt it'll help much given the age of your system and the likelyhood AMD doesn't provide drivers anymore for your GPU.
