Windows 7: How do I make a system repair disc for windows 7, if i don't have 7?

download the file on a win7 or win 10 machine.

Rt click the iso file and your rt click menu will offer an option to burn the iso to disc.

( It will also an option to mount - not relevant for this.)

Do not try and copy it o a disc.

ok i got it, and loaded it up, but what does it do now? it opened up a desktop with all these programs in it

Try MS windows system recovery tools first.

Under the start menu All Programs in MS folder. Run Recenv

oh thank my lucky stars! it worked! it took a while, but it worked beautifully, and everything seems to be in place. some things aren't working right, like avast! UI isn't working, but maybe i just have to reinstall, or restart. i'll worry about that later, but it worked! thanks alot for your help
