How do I make a system repair disc for windows 7, if i don't have 7?

Hello, i have a laptop that is having the Status: 0xc000000f boot up error. I have scouted this forum and found this thread: Boot Manager Status 0xc000000f, boot selection failed. Solved - Windows 7 Help Forums

But I have a problem, I no longer have windows 7. All the computers in my house are windows 10, except my laptop that runs 7. About last year, my family had a mass exodus to window 10 from 7, so I am unable to make a disc for windows 7. I am confused, as in the control panel > backup and restore (windows 7) it has window 7 in parentheses, so i was under the assumption it would make a windows 7 system recovery disc, but it made a windows 10 disc. I am stumped on what to do, how else can i get the windows 7 system recovery disc?

You must be able to boot into Windows 7.

    From your post #1

except my laptop that runs 7
Can you boot your laptop with Windows 7 into Windows 7?

Does your laptop have any other operating systems installed?

no, it brings up this: Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet and there is an option to "start normally" but just brings me back to this page. I can't get access at all to the laptop. I know I have to make a recovery disc, but no computer i have runs window 7
