BSOD after downgrade. (0x0000007E)

So, I took the chance for the "assistive services" upgrade to Windows 10, because I had to in order to run a specific piece of software for school which for some reason says it couldn't run on Windows 7 even though others could run it fine. Anyway, I decided to downgrade to Windows 7 again after getting it installed. I took the simple route, using the "Go back to Windows 7 option" from the Updates and Security sections panel. To my dismay, when it was finished, as soon as it reached "Starting Windows," it went black for a second, then came up with a BSOD. I had to disable automatic restart on system failure in order to see the error. So, I did a startup repair like 4 times, none of them helped. I decided to use the "ntbtlog" boot so that I'd get a log of while it was booting. The log is attached below. Note I dual booted it with Ubuntu WHILE Windows 10 was on there, before I went back to 7, so could that have caused it in any way? Well, it's the only way I was able to get access to the ntbtlog text file anyway, and is also how I'm posting atm. I'd rather not need to do a reinstall, as it would be a bit difficult for various reasons.

EDIT: Oh yeah, forgot to mention, it happens in safe mode too.
