blue screen/bios beeps crash related to itunes install?

    hi,

2 times recently had computer win 7 crash and long beeps from bios. reboot attempts got more long beeps and had to try 3 or 4 times then it booted to windows fine. both times I ran system repair and it said go back to restore point. then it said the only new thing on the computer was itunes and restore got rid of itunes.

oddly enough both times it crashed I was watching youtube video on firefox ver 52.0.1 but that's been installed for quite awhile before the crashes.. anyone else have the prob? think the restore is going to solve the prob? thanks

btw running core temp monitor and core temps range from low 40's C to mid 50's C so that seems like a pretty safe temp range.

so how to get a dump file read in case there is another cause?

tracked down the dump file but no way to read it or figure out what it means without some outside deciphering. what is the best way to do that?

    dump file scan

    Hey MSongs,

Your dump files are showing corrupt memory. I believe there is a free tool called MemTest86 that you can download to verify your memory is corrupt. If its corrupted, it should be replaced. I have attached a screenshot that shows the results of the scan. Hope this helps.

    Thanks

    2 things for now
1 - check what the BIOS beeps mean, GIGABYTE GA-EX58-DS4 (rev. 1.0) BIOS Beep Codes | DDR4Motherboard
    2 - update the BIOS, GA-EX58-DS4 (rev. 1.0) | Moederbord - GIGABYTE
