    Just run chkdsk again like the instruction describes :)

    I did figure out to simply run chkdsk again and I have added the results. Thanks for your patients.Attachment 399002

    can you confirm something

    your system specs are quoting 4GB ram
    MSinfo is only stating 2GB.
