in Memory Support List it doesn't show any 8gb module despite this mobo support 16gb ram and has only 2 slots

First off your logs indicated you have a counterfeit installations of Windows 7.
Please complete this tutorial by Brink and post the log here as the tutorial instructs.

Next would be instead of one stick of ram (8 gb) it would be better to have two ram sticks of (4 gb). Or two (8 gb) sticks.
One stick of ram puts your motherboard in single channel.
Two sticks put your motherboard in dual channel. Which is better.
